1. Ekeba Free one hour telephone-based training: A free, one-hour telephone-based training is available to NEW licensees of the full Premium version of the Complete Membership & Event Manager during a time frame specified by Ekeba. It is also free to demonstration version licensees who have paid the non-refundable deposit. The free, pre-scheduled, over-the-telephone training to cover any aspect of the software is available Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern USA time. You can have as many participants as you wish in the training session (in your location).  

    To allow for scheduling, and et cetera, your starting selection day must be no less than 3 valid training days from the day you submit the request. That is, if you are submitting a request on Monday, the earliest you will be eligible for training is Thursday (do not choose a day earlier than Thursday).  All trainings must end at the bottom hour of the available times (i.e., 10:00 PM on weekdays and 3:00 PM on Saturdays).

    You are guaranteed a training slot within 7 valid training days from the date you request the training (following your receipt of the software). Once scheduled, you will be assigned a specific time during which you will call your training provider at a specific telephone number to commence the training. If you are not able to schedule during the above hours, then you may want to select from our paid training sessions.

    Notes:
    1. The free training offer expires 30 calendar days from the date on your invoice. Therefore, you need to complete the free training within 30 calendar days from the date on your invoice. 
    2. Your inability to take advantage of this complimentary offer does not entitle you to any other privilege. Nor will it negate the software license.
    3. We only provide assistance or training on currently supported software. If your version of the software is no longer supported, you may want to consider upgrading. Our upgrade prices are very affordable. See each product's page for upgrade pricing or link through the general product's page.
