HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR COPY

  1. Click here to visit the software page and determine the specific version of the software you wish to acquire.
  2. Send an email to us to inform us of your specific choice. We will tell you via return email, whether or not your request is granted or denied. The email will also tell you exactly how much discount you will receive and the total amount that will be due from you.
  3. If you accept the emailed offer, you will have 7 calendar days (weekends and USA Federal holidays inclusive) to do the following:
    1. print and complete this form.
    2. have your Chief Executive sign the completed form.
    3. mail the following to our mailing address:
      1. the completed form (that is, this form).
      2. a copy of the letter from the IRS granting you exemption status.
      3. a check for the amount due
  4. We will, within 48 hours of receiving the above information, notify you via email regarding the status of your special order.

    IMPORTANT

    1. An organization that is currently being investigated by a governmental or regulatory entity is NOT eligible until such is cleared of any wrong-doing. An organization that has been found guilty of any wrong-doing by a governmental or regulatory entity or whose business practices have been questioned by the Better Business Bureau within the past 5 calendar years or whose record-keeping, et cetera has been the subject of any type of inquiry need not apply.
       
    2. If you are an umbrella organization for one or more organizations, please understand that a license issued to the umbrella organization CANNOT be shared with any member organization. Our software license policy  is that each computer on which our software will be installed or from which our software will be accessed on a network environment must have its own valid license. Each member organization must acquire its own license. Our user licenses are very affordable, indeed, perhaps one of the lowest in the industry!
       
    3. Ineligible non-profit organizations that do not have discriminatory practices, may license our products at the reduced rate. These include: tax-supported public, private or religious educational institutions, libraries, private foundations, political organizations,  et cetera.     4. Other notifications:

      (A) Donations must be used directly by the recipient organization. (B) Donations cannot be used for fund-raisers, raffles or auctions; given to staff or volunteer members, or sold in stores or flea markets. (C) The use of the goods will be related to the purpose of the organization which makes it tax exempt. (D) The goods will not be transferred by the organization in exchange for money, property or other services. (E) Adequate books and records of the donation will be maintained by the applicable Treasury Regulations and made available to the IRS and Ekeba International, LLC upon request within 24 business hours. (F) If you are a USA 501c(3) organization, you further represent that you are an organization described in section 501c(3) of the USA Federal Internal Revenue Code or a recognized USA Indian Reservation and is exempt under section 501c(3) and is not a private foundation other than operation foundation described in section 4942(j)(3). (G) Organizations which use donated software for purposes other than that intended will be charged with fraud and appropriate actions will be taken, including legal. (H) You agree to submit a copy of your tax-exempt certificate and your non-discrimination policy with your request. If you do not have an existing non-discrimination policy, then your Chief Executive must compose and notarize a non-discrimination statement. (I) You agree that once we process and send out the product, the money you paid for the offer are non-refundable.  (J) If you have sent payment and your request is NOT granted, your full amount will be returned to you within 24 hours. (K) You agree that our decision regarding your eligibility or lack thereof is final. (L) You agree that all restrictions specified in this document may be enforced by courts within the City of Columbus in the State of Ohio, USA, entering equitable relief, including but not limited to injunctive relief.

    5. Ekeba International, LLC takes software theft and piracy very seriously. The following are prohibited uses of our software. 1. Lending, 2. Leasing, 3. Softloading, 4. Renting, 5. Selling, 6. Remarketing, 7. Reverse engineering, 8. Decompiling, 9. Developing products that are inter-operable, 10. Making backup copies. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list by any means. If you are in doubt or have any questions, please contact us promptly at support@Ekeba.com for clarification. As you may have noticed, we take software license violation very seriously and will prosecute such offenders to the full extent of the law. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
