Ekeba values your business and we are committed to delivering easy-to-use and well-documented software. However, we realize that you may not have the time to learn a new and comprehensive software. As such, we have devised these affordable training options for your consideration. Training is provided by senior product engineers and seasoned instructors who know the products inside out. They will answer any questions that you may have on any aspect of the software, on-the-spot!

(1) Telephone-based training: Prepaid and pre-scheduled over-the-telephone training to cover any aspect of the software is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET. Saturdays hours are from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.  You can have as many participants as you wish in the training session (at your location).   Once you are scheduled, you will be assigned a specific time during which you will call your training provider at a specific telephone number to commence the training. (2) At your-site training: Prepaid and pre-scheduled at-your-site training can be arranged for 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, your local time. Requestor (you) should secure an adequate training facility. Maximum enrollment is seven (7) participants per session/day. The rate is available here.   Requires a minimum one-day training session billing. 

(3) At our-site training:  Ekeba will rent a training facility in or around Columbus, Ohio for the 'at-our-site' training. Prepaid and pre-scheduled at-our-site training will run from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Columbus, Ohio local time. The trainer exclusively uses the software and its online documentation. No additional printed materials is promised for participants.  Participants are responsible for their travel, lodging, meal and all other expenses. The rate is available here.  Receive a 10% discount for 3 or more persons from the same agency. A minimum of 10 participants is required for class to be held. If your class is to be cancelled, we will notify you via e-mail at least 7-days in advance (i.e., prior to the class date).

Important

(1) IMPORTANT: Ekeba does not have its own training facility or in-house training staff. All trainings are conducted in rented facilities and with trained consultants. Consequently, if you withdraw from a training session, you will forfeit your money. We do not grant refunds once you have been billed for the training. 

(2) All training requests must be prepaid with a check or a major credit card.

(3) Training is not available during USA Federal holidays (e.g., Martin Luther King Day, Presidents day, Independence Day, Labor Day, et cetera). 

(4) Additional charges for at-your-site training: Travel expenses for Ekeba personnel includes flight, driving mileage, parking, meals, et cetera. If 'at your site' training is to be provided within a 100 mile radius of Columbus, Ohio, then travel expenses will be 45 cents per mile with a minimum $100.00 travel expense billing; hotel; meal and, Travel and transportation.  Note: Instructors' preferred travel mode for sites within 600 miles radius of Columbus, Ohio is by road at $0.45 per mile. Requestor may suggest air-travel if direct, non-stop flight can be found.

(5) If requesting a telephone-based training or 'at your site training' then, please list as many times/days as possible during which you will be available for the training on the order form.

(6) Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your order and to notify you.
