EKEBA LLC is a cloud/web-based company. Everything we do; everything we offer; all our contacts with customers, vendors, etc.; our correspondences - everything is cloud-based/technology-based. Hence, we have no physical address at which you can visit with us.

Submitting a rental application : All rental applications must be submitted online (see below) because we no longer accept hand-delivered, mailed, emailed or faxed applications. All applications must be submitted online (through this website). This system will only accept a properly completed application. Immediately following a properly completed and submitted application, this system will send you a confirmation email. The system will also update you (via email) if there is any change on the status of your rental application. Please do not submit a duplicate application.
Please use an email address that you check regularly. Each adult applicant must have their own email address! Virtually all our communications with you as a rental applicant or as a tenant (if you are selected) will use this email address. Thank you for your cooperation.
To submit a rental application, you will first need to pay the non-refundable application fee online with a credit card . After the fee is paid, the system will issue to you, a number which you will use to access the rental application area to submit the application. Note: The application fee will be refunded if we do not select you as a tenant. You are not required to submit a rental application prior to looking at a property. The review and or decision process on the rental application begins as soon as we receive a valid rental application.
How to submit a rental application
The listed application fee is for one adult, and each adult must have their own email address. Each adult must create their own login account, using their own email address. Each adult must pay the application fee separately and obtain their own receipt, including a married couple. Each adult is required to obtain their own payment receipt which they will use to submit and monitor their own rental application. A single-earner-couple should pay two application fee, but such persons may ask for an exception in terms of the qualification requirement, via email.
Note: Adult children (persons between the ages of 18 and 26) who are full time students and are living with their parents don’t need to submit an application. Such persons, after verification of their student status will be allowed to reside at the property under their parent’s application. Such persons must be listed on the parent’s application.
If you are using the same credit card, you will need to complete each payment separately; in a separate transaction.

- Write down the receipt/transaction number because you will need it to submit the rental application. You can also return to the web site to print your receipt at any time.

- Follow the onscreen instructions
- Submit your rental application
When to expect a decision on your rental application: Once you submit the application, the system should give you an immediate feedback as to whether your application was properly completed and therefore accepted for processing. If it is accepted for processing then you should also receive a confirmation email within 1-3 minutes of submitting a valid rental application. The background check is typically completed and a decision is typically reached within a couple of hours of when you submitted the valid rental application.
Status of rental application:Please closely monitor your email as the system will notify you of changes in the status of your application. You also can check the status of your rental application online by signing into your profile. Thank you for your understanding.
Question : Two of us are ready to apply for a property and sign a lease. However, we are having difficulty finding a third co-tenant. Can the two of us sign the lease and move in and then, at a later date add the third co-tenant?
Response : Yes you may. However, any additional co-tenant who wishes to move into the property must also apply and be selected by us before they can move into the property. Tenants are expressly forbidden from allowing anyone to move into the property without landlord’s expressed authorization.
When is the property holding/retainer (which later becomes security) fee payment due? We do not require a holding/retainer fee at the time you submit your rental application. You will be notified via email if you are offered the rental property. Please be prepared to submit the holding/retainer payment within 8 business hours (or one business day) from when you are notified of the rental offer. Indeed, an offer can be made within a couple of hours from when you submit your rental application. Electronic transfer of the payment is allowed (please contact us for details). The holding/retainer/security fee is one-month base rent for the property. Additional security fee may be required for animals, etc. Please email us for details.
IMPORTANT: Please note that multiple parties may apply to rent the same rental property or house/home at the same time. However, we never/ever offer or promise a rental property/home to multiple parties at the same time. Rather, a rental property is offered based on the first-in-first-qualified applicant to submit the holding/retainer fee payment when requested.
As such, please be prepared to promptly submit the holding/retainer fee. In order to not lose your spot in the application review queue, we strongly advise that all proposed co-tenants submit their application promptly. We advise that all co-tenants submit their applications within 2 hours from when the first application is received by us. Please note that we are not able to hold on to applications indefinitely. Therefore, we reserve the right to delete the submitted applications if proposed co-tenants do not submit their applications on time. We also reserve the right to process any submitted application. We hope you understand our constraints. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Communicating with us : Please note that we are a dedicated, purposefully green/paperless company who uses technology to better serve our tenants/vendors. Indeed most of our business processes are conducted electronically (i.e., through our web site, email, text messaging). We have the barest of printed materials. In short, we monitor electronic communications more frequently than other forms of communication. We hope that you will appreciate this approach.
Communicating with you : We may communicate with you almost exclusively via email. Please do not switch your email address without first giving us advance notice. Add support@ekeba.com to your contact list so that our emails are not sent to your junk folder.
